Our strength training program is a grass roots functional training system that improves your ability to perform everyday activities. It trains an entire movement - not just a specific muscle. When you squat or lift for example, you’re not just using your leg or arm muscles. It’s a coordinated effort between your nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal systems that allows for a fluid movement.

Dr. Tsiaprailis has developed CORE 101 Functional Training to combat injuries and increase overall health and performance. We can condition your body to meet the demands of daily living or take it to a level of performance training. Whatever level of CORE 101 training you decide on is ultimatly yours to make, but what makes our program better, is that we start from the ground up. Other conditioning programs just don’t! With the most advanced equipment in the industry, we got your back!

WHAT TO EXPECT

No matter what your current level of fitness is, in our program, you start at ground zero with our core principles of functional training. Don’t worry, we are not going to have you lifting a bunch of weights, doing explosive box jumps or trying to turn you into a cyborg. You and th vast majority of the population are not ready for that. Heck, even 80% of the people I see training in the gym aren’t ready for that.
