After having two successful clinics, one in San Francisco California and the other in Mississauga Ontario, Dr. Tsiaprailis made a decision to return to Windsor, his hometown, in order to be closer to family and friends. In doing so, he brings his success and expertise to the Windsor Community, which has allowed his patients to excel in their care, leading a healthier and more productive lifestyle. He is dedicated to the well being of his patients, taking a more hands on, pro-active approach, with a focus on functional restoration and core specific rehabilitation. He has developed Core Spine and Sports Center® to be a family oriented, personable and evidence based health and wellness facility. We are committed to establishing the highest level of care possible and to taking your health to that next level.

Dr. Tsiaprailis has advanced training in treating various neurologic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, soft tissue trauma, sprain/strain injuries of the upper and lower extremities, as well as numerous conditions involving the spine. Using the most advanced evidence based techniques from chiropractic and physiotherapy, in conjunction with his unique clinical experience, Dr. Tsiaprailis approaches each patients’ problem from a dynamic perspective, identifying the root cause and restoring proper biomechanics to the dysfunction that has lead to your problem in the first place. Each problem is unique to you and will be treated so.

His success rate can be attributed to his commitment in progressing his own knowledge through constant continuing education and in his years of experience in the fields of rehabilitation, chiropractic, core training, pre-operative and post-operative care. By studying and continuing to study some of the most advanced therapies in the fields of rehabilitation, he uses his clinical knowledge to formulate the best course of care for his patients. The specific yet gentle chiropractic care that his patients receive coupled with his unique application of Active Release Therapy (ART), Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Core Rehabilitation Exercises and other therapies have made him a highly sought after practitioner. Within his first year of practice in California, athletes from various NFL teams, U.S. Olympic Teams, NCAA and other high performance programs were seeking his care because of the results he was achieving with his patients. An emphasis is placed on wellness and preventive care as he enjoys providing classes open to his patients on fitness, injury prevention, stretching and lifestyle management to name a few.

The Windsor Star
“Tsiaprailis is a Windsor native who spent 10 years as a chiropractor in California where he worked with collegiate swimmers at Stanford and members of the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL. He brought the latest techniques home with him and an aggressive program has helped Duncan on his journey back to full strength.”

Dr. Amol Saxena DPM, Chief Division of Podiatric Medicine, Stanford University Hospital
“In my nearly 18 years of interacting with various sports medicine professionals including other ART practitioners, Dr. T is clearly the best at what he does.”

Richard Quick, 6 Time U.S. Olympic Swim Team Coach

Paul Allam, Director of Tennis, Pacific Athletic Club, Redwood City, CA
“Dr. George’s reputation at Pacific Athletic Club was impressive and his departure from our area was a real loss. I have personally benefited from his treatment of my tennis elbow with Active Release Therapy. Without this treatment I would not have been able to coach and compete over the past few years. “
